Mayi started her professional journey more than 30 years ago, and has made stops at Y&R Mexico, JWT Mexico, Y&R Bravo New York, FCB and Ogilvy & Mather Latin America, along the way. Every piece of business she has touched, ranging from multinational to local clients, reflects her passion for creating long-lasting, relevant relationships between brands and consumers, particularly the Latino population. Mayi maintains that segmentation is key, from determining the specific target for each brand, to fine-tuning the tone and manner of the communication, to delivering the content on the right platforms. When she’s off the clock, Mayi’s personal passions include rocking out on her guitar, volunteering at local schools and watching crime dramas on Netflix.
