During community outreach, Metrics activates its Community Outreach Team (COT),a highly-trained group of diverse and informed brand ambassadors, whose purpose is to engage with the target consumer by creating excitement, generating awareness and providing valuable information by communicating with consumers in their language. COT key performance indicators can include lead generation, program sign-ups and information/collateral distribution.
